Ordering
I have not received my order confirmation. What should I do? It often happens that order confirmations end up in your spam or junk folder. A missing confirmation can also be the result of a technical error in our system or a typo in the email address provided. Have you not received your order confirmation? Please contact us at info@outberg.eu. We are happy to help and will resend the confirmation right away.
Was my order successful? If you were redirected to the order confirmation page after payment, your order has been successfully placed. You will shortly receive an order confirmation by email (please also check your spam folder). Not sure if your order went through? Feel free to contact us at info@outberg.eu.
Can I change my order? Whether it is possible to change your order depends on how far along it is in the packing process. If your order has already been shipped and handed over to GLS, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can most likely help you. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@outberg.eu and we will find a quick solution together.

Shipping
What are the shipping costs? At Outberg we keep it simple and transparent. We offer the following shipping rates via GLS: GLS Parcel Point (Pick-up): € 4.95. GLS Home Delivery: € 8.95.
How will my package be shipped? We ship your order with GLS for fast delivery from our warehouse, with an expected delivery time of 2 to 4 business days. During checkout you can choose whether you want your package delivered to a parcel point or directly to your home address. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace code so you can follow your order every step of the way.
