2. Ordering & Payment Outberg.eu is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Prices: All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT.
- Secure payment: We use SSL encryption to protect your data. We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and other payment methods.
- Charge: Your account will only be charged once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
3. Delivery & Shipping Costs We strive for transparent and fast delivery via GLS.
- GLS Parcel Point (Pick-up): € 4.95
- GLS Home Delivery: € 8.95
- Delivery time: Expected delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are generally shipped the same day.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal At Outberg.eu, you have a 100-day return policy.
- Period: The return period starts on the day of receipt.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return costs: If you use our return label, a fixed fee of € 4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund: Upon receipt of your return, the amount will be refunded within 4 to 14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Warranty & Complaints In accordance with EU consumer law, we offer a 2-year statutory warranty on all products against manufacturing and material defects.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
