Returns & Exchanges
At Outberg.eu, you have a 100-day return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If that is not the case, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange.
Return & exchange costs
- Exchanges are free: We do not charge return costs if you order a replacement item.
- Returns: For a standard return, we charge € 4.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
How does it work?
- Exchange: Place a new order for the desired item. Send an email to info@outberg.eu with your order numbers, and we will waive the € 4.95 return costs for your original order.
- Return: Contact us at info@outberg.eu to register your return. We will then send you the instructions and return label.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned within 100 days of receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging (including price tags).
- If a product is returned damaged, dirty or without original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a depreciation fee.
Refund Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. After processing, the amount will typically be back in your account within 1 to 2 business days.
Complaints & Warranty We offer a 2-year statutory warranty on all our products against manufacturing and material defects. Received a defective item? Send a photo and description directly to info@outberg.eu before returning the item, so we can offer you an appropriate solution.
