Simple shipping rates & fast delivery
We strive for transparency and speed here at Outberg, thus we offer the following fixed shipping rates via GLS:
- GLS Parcel Point (Pick-up Point): € 4.95
- GLS Home Delivery: € 8.95
Your order is shipped safely and quickly via GLS.
How long does delivery take?
We aim for the fastest possible delivery time. All our products are in stock. We use GLS with an expected delivery time of 2 to 4 business days. In most cases, your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery methods:
- GLS Parcel Point (Pick-up Point): Your order is delivered to a GLS parcel shop of your choice. You select the pick-up point during checkout. You will receive an SMS and/or email when your package is ready for collection.
- GLS Home Delivery: Home delivery is available for € 8.95. You must be present at the time of delivery. Not home? Your package will be forwarded to the nearest parcel shop.
Can I change my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually still make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@outberg.eu
