How to inflate the sleeping pad:
- Make sure the valve on the back of the sleeping pad is closed
- Open the valve of the foot pump
- Place your foot or hand over the pump valve opening and press down
- Lift your foot or hand completely to allow the foam to refill with air
- Repeat until the sleeping pad reaches the desired firmness
This sleeping pad is not insulated and therefore does not have a tested R-value.
